Personal Assistant: CMTD50001

Location City of Ekurhuleni Remuneration R 408,324 to R 560,184 - Basic salary per annum (plus benefits) Assignment Type Permanent Minimum Requirements:

• Secretarial Diploma or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
• 5 years' experience in a secretarial environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery of confidential documents or sensitive items
• Monitor deadlines and prepare reminders or alerts for the HoD
• Track and follow up on delegated tasks to officials on behalf of the HoD
• Coordinate workflow with other Departmental PA's for alignment
• Ensure overall smooth running of the office
• Manage diaries, calendars and book meetings and venues as required for the division and/or Department
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
• Ensure own work is in line with work control and safety requirements
• Adhere to specified standards, policies and SOPs to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources and escalate associated risk
• Contribute to a culture, which builds rewarding relationships and enables exceptional customer service and ethical conduct by being a good example
