Junior Administrative and Personal Assistant — Law Firm

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and eager-to-learn Administrative and Personal Assistant to join our office. This is an entry-level position, and no legal background or experience is required — full training will be provided regarding office-specific processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and keen to grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General administrative and paperwork support
• Drafting and sending professional emails
• Operating office equipment, including printers/scanners
• Maintaining and improving filing and document systems
• Managing personal diary/schedule and appointments
• General personal support tasks as needed, family-related responsibilities

Requirements

• Matric with university exemption
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
• Basic computer skills, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks

A valid driver's licence and personal transport is an advantage, but not a requirement.
