Personal Assistant / Lead Generation Assistant

Location: Sea Point, Cape Town (Office-Based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: Up to R12,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Lead Generation Assistant to provide administrative support to a busy team. This role combines office administration, client communication, database management, and lead generation to help ensure the team operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Manage diaries, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
• Conduct online research to identify potential opportunities.
• Contact prospective clients to introduce services and gather information.
• Maintain and update CRM records and databases.
• Assist with client communication and general office administration.
• Support the coordination of marketing and property-related activities.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems.
• Previous administrative, customer service, or real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Own laptop required.
