Job description

The PA acts as the primary gatekeeper and operational right hand for the Chief Executive, managing daily workflows, communication channels, and logistics with total discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, prioritize meeting requests, and resolve time conflicts.
Communication Gatekeeping: Screen phone calls, manage and triage the CEO's email inbox, and draft correspondence.
Travel Coordination: Plan seamless domestic and international travel itineraries, flights, and accommodations.
Meeting & Event Preparation: Organize board meetings, prepare briefing materials, presentations, and take meeting minutes.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal staff, board members, and external partners.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive corporate, financial, and personal data under strict non-disclosure.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
Skills: Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication, and proactive problem-solving.
Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of office tools like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Discretion: High integrity and emotional intelligence to handle confidential material

Pay: R8 000,00 per month
