Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and capable Personal Assistant/Runner to join us. In this role, you will assist with daily errands, personal tasks, and safe transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Data capture, Excel document filing. electronic calendar management, and effective communication via email, and telephone.
- Acting as a runner for daily errands and tasks.
- Safely dropping off and collecting people when needed.
- Managing routine administrative and personal support duties.
Requirements
- Gender: Female ONLY.
- Age: 25 years or older.
- Transport: Must own a reliable, well-maintained vehicle and hold a valid driver's license (essential for errands).
- Language: Fluent in Afrikaans (first language preferred) and English.
- Location: Reside within a maximum of 30 km from Northcliff.
- Competencies: Highly organized, trustworthy, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 16:30.
