Personal Assistant

Purpose: -

Purpose: Responsible for managing schedules, arranging appointments, coordinating travel plans,

and handling administrative tasks. Personal Assistant will also be performing secretarial duties

in the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.

• Administration of the Office and Registry
• Meeting Management
• Customer Interaction

Experience: -

• Grade 12
• National Diploma (NQF 6) in Administration or Secretarial or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years in a Secretarial role

Knowledge & Skills: -

• Typing skills; minute taking; Client services; telephone etiquette; Interpersonal communication at all levels; Time management skills and Report writing skills.
