Adrenergy Research Innovations (ARI) is an award-winning medical research organisation with a specific focus on infectious diseases research, esp. HIV & TB. ARI has both local and international directors who are established professors at top-tier universities and staff who have worked on NIH, Government and Foundation-funded studies and have collaborated with both local universities and academics from Emory University, Harvard University, University of Colorado, University of California, Los Angeles, University of Alabama, Birmingham and the US CDC. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support and manage the professional and personal life of our CEO.

Criteria for a successful candidate:

Be computer literate (Email & Internet, Office package)
Be able to work well with a team
Be able to work with little supervision
Have a Valid Driver's Licence
Must be able to driver a manual vehicle confidently and safely.
Have integrity, be resourceful and reliable
Have a willingness & ability to learn & grow within the organisation.
Be well organised & a logical thinker
Demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
Proactive work ethic and strong problem-solving skills—the ability to identify issues and implement solutions independently.
A polished, professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.

Advantages
