Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, documents and meeting packs
- Take minutes and follow up on action items
- Handle correspondence, emails, reports and confidential documentation
- Assist with company-related projects and special assignments
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, management, staff, clients and service providers
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports and spreadsheets
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems
- Handle confidential and sensitive company information with discretion
- Assist with day-to-day administrative requirements of the executive office
- Liaise with various departments and assist in ensuring smooth communication across the business
- Provide support with transport-related administration when required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 1-2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, fleet or a fast-paced operational environment will be advantageous.
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
