Job description
Part-Time Personal Assistant / House Manager
I’m looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organised individual to assist with a mix of personal admin and household management tasks.
This is a flexible, short-term role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing home-related projects (e.g. renovations, contractor coordination)
- Attending meetings when required and assisting with comparing quotes, packages, and service providers
- Managing bookings, scheduling, and general household logistics
- Supporting with ad hoc errands and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable dealing with contractors and service providers
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs
- Based in or near Johannesburg
Additional Info:
This role involves a mix of remote coordination and occasional in-person tasks. It’s best suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, being hands-on when needed, and keeping things running smoothly.
