Personal Loans Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilties

• To sell the Personal Loan/Transfer Assist product. To liaise with the client and credit department in order to effectively and efficiently process the payment of the loan to the client
• To offer a service call by reaching out to inform our that SA Home Loans clients that we have now partnered with Capital Legacy, South Africa’s number one Wills and Estates provider, to offer you a professionally drafted Will at no cost.

Alignment to business driver/strategy

• Reputable and trusted provider of unsecured lending to SA home Loans clients. Providing clients with the choice to take control of their finances through access to funds and debt consolidation
• Aligned with the company wide policy of Amazing service Aligned with the Sales/Marketing drive towards products which are packaged to suit a client’s need.

1. Marketing the Personal Loan/Transfer Assist Product /Capital Legacy

• To educate the client on all benefits and costs associated with the product being offered and the administration process that will be followed should the client be interested in either product.

2. Sale of the Personal Loan/Transfer Assist Product

• Explain terms and conditions of loan and calculate offers for clients.
• Capture legal entity details, Income and Expenditure, request documents and send quotation.
• Confirm approval/decline with credit.
• Revert back to Client, complete disclosure requirements and send final agreement.
• Manage workflow; follow up on matters which remain unresolved or incomplete.

3. Service call: Capital Legacy

• Explain the benefits of having a Wil
• Referring the lead and managing details on excel

Minimum Requirements

1. Education

• Matric

2. Experience

• 1 years Sales experience
• 2 Years + Sales experience within Finance Industry (Preferred)
