Edge Fitness is looking for an energetic, passionate, and qualified Personal Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives the fitness lifestyle, connects easily with people, and is driven to help members achieve real results.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training and fitness experiences that motivate, educate, and retain members. The role focuses on safe exercise instruction, member engagement, and maintaining strong professional and brand standards on the gym floor.
Required Skills & Experience
- Accredited Personal Trainer qualification
- Previous experience in the health and fitness industry (preferred)
- Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven
- Ability to create engaging, positive, and motivating training sessions
- High level of professionalism and respect for member boundaries
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
