Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role based in Johannesburg for a Personal Trainer. Responsibilities include creating personalized fitness programs for clients, providing one-on-one training sessions, leading group fitness or circuit training classes, and supervising gym-goers to ensure proper technique and safety. The Personal Trainer will also offer nutritional advice to promote healthy lifestyle changes and serve as a motivator and coach for clients, helping them reach their wellness goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
- Skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
- Knowledge of Nutrition to provide clients with tailored advice on diet and wellness
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage clients
- Relevant certifications in fitness training and nutrition are preferred
- First aid and CPR certification is advantageous
- Passion for health, fitness, and improving the well-being of others
