Personal Trainer - Freelance / Mobile - Cape Town

At The Visua, we pride ourselves on delivering personalised wellness services with a professional, attentive approach. We’re looking for experienced personal trainers who help clients build strength, improve fitness and develop consistent training habits.

As a private beauty and wellness concierge, we provide individual sessions for women and men at their homes, hotels, villas and suitable private training spaces.

Role Description

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

• Deliver personalised one-to-one training sessions tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level and experience.
• Plan appropriate strength, functional fitness, conditioning and mobility sessions.
• Demonstrate exercises clearly and guide clients on technique and safe execution.
• Adapt sessions to the available space and equipment.
• Track progress and adjust training plans appropriately.
• Provide professional encouragement and an attentive client experience.
• Arrive punctually and respect client privacy.

Additional Specialities

If you also offer yoga, Pilates, stretching, breathwork or other fitness and wellness disciplines, please include these in your application, together with details of your relevant training and qualifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional personal training experience.
• A relevant personal training qualification.
• Experience creating personalised programmes for clients with different goals and fitness levels.
• Strong communication, coaching and motivational skills.
• Access to suitable portable equipment for the sessions you offer.
• Reliable transport, punctuality and a professional manner.
• First aid and CPR training are an advantage.
• Willingness to provide professional references and complete our onboarding and vetting process.

This is a freelance, independent contractor opportunity. Bookings depend on client demand and your availability.

Cape Town - mobile sessions at clients’ locations.
