Job description

Deliver professional pest control services across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Conduct thorough inspections and implement tailored pest management solutions.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Advise clients on preventative measures, proofing and good housekeeping practices.
-
Complete service records, documentation, and compliance reports accurately.
-
Maintain equipment, protective gear, and company image to professional standards.
-
Ensure correct and safe usage of pesticides, bait stations and pest control equipment.

Provide excellent customer service to support client satisfaction and retention.
-
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
-
Valid, unendorsed Code 08 driver’s licence.
-
Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
-
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
-
Physically fit and able to work in all conditions.
-
Industry-recognised pest control qualification (NCPC or PMA/PCSIB) and registration with the Department of Agriculture (valid P-Number).

Proven pest control experience.
-
Knowledge of competitor practices and industry activity.
-
Health & Safety knowledge and experience.
-
HACCP knowledge and experience (advantageous, especially in food and healthcare environments).
