Job description
Job Purpose:* To provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fuel, keeping the forecourt clean and safe, and helping increase sales in the shop. *Duties & Responsibilities:* 1. Greet customers and help with petrol / diesel filling 2. Check oil, water, tyres if customer asks 3. Clean windscreen and keep forecourt clean and tidy 4. Handle cash and card payments correctly (if working as cashier) 5. Help in the shop - stock shelves, check expiry dates 6. Follow all safety rules - no smoking, no phone on forecourt 7. Report any problem / leak / unsafe situation to manager *Requirements:* - Grade 12 - Honest and punctual - Good with people, friendly attitude - Can work shifts, weekends and public holidays - Physically fit to stand for long hours - No criminal record *Skills:* - Customer service - Cash handling - Teamwork - Communication (English + Sepedi is an advantage) -
