Eduvos is looking to hire the services of an Independent Contractor, PGCE Lecturer (Education: Senior & FET Phase), within the Gauteng area on a part-time basis.

Type of appointment:

Independent Contractor (part-time; flexible workhours agreement)

• Hybrid (Online full-time and Online Part-time)
• Evening Lecturing Required

Purpose:

• To lecture Education-related modules, in the faculty on a part-time (contractual) basis.
• To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum qualifications required:

• Bachelor of Education (B Ed) in Senior and FET Phase and/or PGCE in Senior & FET Phase qualification with a Masters in the relevant Education field

Experience:

• Relevant lecturing experience
• Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
• Relevant research experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Modules to be lectured:

• Conversational Afrikaans (Senior Phase)
• Economic Management Sciences (Senior Phase)
• Natural Sciences (Senior Phase)
