Job description

ONLY CANDIDATES FROM THE PHARMACEUTICAL / HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY WILL BE CONSIDERED.

We are looking for a mature, self-managed, calm under pressure individual who is not prone to emotional outbursts. Candidate must be self-regulated.

Sales Administration

Country trip/accommodation bookings for sales (local and international)
Sourcing and booking of flights for sales (local and international)
Meal arrangements where necessary for sales
Expense reconciliation for sales – credit card and fuel card
Payment requisitions for management in sales and HR
Following up on payments for sales team & HR
Ad-hoc printing for sales representatives
General support to sales team

Marketing Administration

Expense reconciliation for marketing staff – credit card and fuel card
Accommodation and travel arrangements (local and international)
Sourcing and booking of flights (local and international)
Payment requisitions for management in marketing
Following up on payments for marketing team
Timeous delivery of marketing material
Assisting with events/conferences
General support to marketing team

Reporting

Liaison with wholesalers regarding data collection
Wholesaler report to be completed and submitted weekly
Compiling various other reports required by sales and marketing

General Tasks / Administration

Assisting with events/celebrations
Preparation of VISA letters
Assisting with Tenders when necessary
Onboarding packs to be sourced for new employees
IT Administration for sales and marketing division and office based staff
Member of Covid Committee

Pay: R20 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
