Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Our Pharmaceutical sales agency is looking for a confident, well-spoken and motivated sales representative to join our team.

The position involves calling on dispensing doctors, hospitals, corporate pharmacy groups and independents in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas, as well as inland and Border area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Detail, promote and sell scheduled, OTC and supplement products.

* Merchandising, stock taking, negotiating shelf space and implementing promotions (within corporate pharmacy groups)

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Train pharmacy staff

* Maintain accurate customer records and regularly complete reporting for principals.

* Managing multiple product baskets across different principals in a highly organised manner to maintain accurate product, pricing and promotional information

Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month

Application Question(s):

• Are you comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule and workload, and consistently meeting deadlines without constant supervision.
• Are you confident in your ability to learn and retain detailed medical product information, including ingredients, indications, dosage etc and communicating this to healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff?
• Do you have your own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license?
• Are you confident in your ability to stay highly organised and accurately manage multiple product portfolios simultaneously?

Education:

• High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

• Pharmaceutical sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• english (Required)

Location:

• Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
