**Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical function, mobility, and pain, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques. Daily responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapy, prescribing and supervising exercise programs, educating patients and caregivers on injury prevention and self-management, and documenting assessments, treatment goals, and progress notes accurately. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, participating in case discussions, and contributing to a safe, respectful clinical environment. • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction, with a recognized degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across a range of musculoskeletal and/or neurological conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, explain treatment plans clearly, and work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Organizational and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping, time management, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate professional integrity, and contribute to an inclusive, respectful workplace.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development; prior experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is an asset.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic medical records and scheduling systems; familiarity with outcome measures and clinical audits is beneficial.**
