About the Client

Our client is a premium, boutique Pilates studio ,i known for its vibrant community and high-quality instruction. They are dedicated to helping clients move better and feel stronger in a supportive, modern environment. On their behalf, we are seeking a passionate, qualified Pilates Instructor to join their growing team.

The RoleAs a Pilates Instructor, you will deliver engaging, safe, and effective group classes and private sessions tailored to various fitness levels, goals, and rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through dynamic Mat and/or Reformer Pilates sessions.
• Ensure correct form, alignment, and safety modifications for injuries or pre/post-natal clients.
• Provide an exceptional, welcoming, and professional client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio space.
• Represent the client's brand values and build strong relationships with the community.

Requirements & Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Technical Qualifications & Equipment: The candidate must have a very strong foundation and experience in Mat Pilates, in addition to certified training and practical experience on the following equipment:
• Reformer
• Cadillac / Tower
• Preferred Certifications & Attachments: Preference will be given to candidates holding certified qualifications such as (BASI Pilates, STOTT PILATES, Balanced Body, Polestar Pilates). A background in physiotherapy is also a strong plus. (We emphasize the necessity of attaching the required technical certificates along with the candidates' CVs).).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience teaching group classes or private clients is preferred.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and high energy.
• Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
