EXPERIENCED PIZZA MAKER WANTED – DEER PARK CAFÉ, VREDEHOEK

Deer Park Café is looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–4 years' experience as a pizza maker in a busy restaurant.
• Proven experience making pizza dough from scratch is essential.
• Sourdough pizza dough experience will be a strong advantage.
• Able to stretch, top and cook pizzas consistently to a high standard.
• Knowledge of dough fermentation, proofing and food hygiene.
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Available to work weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.
