Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas to consistent quality standards
• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards
• Assist with stock control and kitchen preparation
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements

• Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar kitchen role
• Knowledge of dough preparation and pizza baking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
