The following position has become available at Plennegy, based in Greytown/Kempton Park:?Talent Acquisition Graduate

Talent Acquisition, Administration & Process Support

o Support the full recruitment lifecycle

o Post job advertisements accurately and timeously on all available platforms

o Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone or video screening interviews.

o Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers.

o Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Direct Hire) and recruitment tracker (JIRA).

o Responsible for telephonic and personal enquiries regarding available positions and applications received.

o Review background screenings for all prospective employees and inform management of any concerns.

o Shortlist potential candidates in line with the requirements of the role and send to Talent Acquisition Specialist.

o Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

o Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

o Post job advertisements accurately and timeously on all available platforms

Customer Focus

o Attention to detail and professionalism applied to all internal and external communication.

o Conduct interviews in a professional manner.

o Treat all applicants with respect.

o Call internal candidates to personally inform them when they are not selected for a position.

o Display a positive image of the Plennegy Group during all communication and interviews.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

o Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

o 0?1 year of work experience (internships or vacation work in HR will be advantageous).
