Job description
Drainmen Helderberg is looking for a motivated, driven, and customer-focused Plumbing Team Leader to join our growing team. If you're passionate about quality workmanship, enjoy leading a team, and thrive on solving challenging plumbing problems, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
✔ Lead and mentor your plumbing assistant
✔ Quote clients and secure plumbing work
✔ Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and drain unblocking
✔ Operate industry-leading specialised equipment
✔ Install geysers and work to SANS standards
✔ Complete job cards, invoicing, and customer documentation
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service every day
We're looking for someone with:
- Red Seal Qualification and/or PIRB Registration
- Proven plumbing experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales confidence and customer service excellence
- A valid driver's licence
- Experience with specialised drainage equipment will be an advantage
Pay: R6 330,73 - R21 091,36 per month
Work Location: In person
