Duties and Responsibilities

• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Deliver prompt and professional assistance to guest requests and concerns
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of front office areas
• Assist with luggage handling during guest arrivals and departures
• Support the rooming of guests when necessary
• Liaise with Duty Managers to arrange taxis and other guest transport needs
• Secure and tag guest luggage, ensuring proper storage and tracking
• Personalize guest service by learning and using guest names
• Promote hotel services and facilities through accurate product knowledge
• Handle guest queries or escalate them to reception as required
• Stay informed about VIPs, groups, and special events daily
• Follow end-of-shift procedures in line with company standards
• Perform additional duties as requested by management
