Portfolio account management

The Portfolio Account Manager is responsible for managing a designated portfolio of client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role focuses on retaining existing clients, increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and managing all client-related financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other portfolio movements.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all portfolio transactions and activities.- Preparing and providing financial reports, including transaction summaries, and portfolio performance reports.

- Ensuring that all transactions are processed in accordance with the Client's instructions, applicable laws,regulations, and internal policies.

- Managing the operational functions of the portfolio, including reconciliation of accounts and coordination with relevant financial institutions or service providers.

- Identifying and reporting any discrepancies, irregularities, or compliance concerns relating to the Client's portfolio.

- Acting in the Client's best interests when performing portfolio management functions and maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, business development, or financial service .

- Experience managing a portfolio of business or corporate clients.
