Brazil-based online English teaching company Seidmann Institute is
looking for motivated Portuguese-speaking teachers.
Role Description:
This is a flexible online role. The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English language lessons and creating an inclusive learning environment that caters to a diverse student body. Teaching materials are provided.
The role involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and promoting effective communication and language skills development.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to cultivate an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
• Experience with curriculum development and classroom management.
• A TEFL certificate is desirable, but can be skipped if the candidate shows promise.
• Previous teaching experience is a plus. (Training will be provided for new teachers)
• Preference will be given to applicants who can speak Portuguese, as most of the learners are Brazilian.
Starting salary is around R5000 a month for a fixed schedule of around 6 hours of work a day (weekdays).
