Junior Power BI Developer

The Role
We're looking for a Junior Power BI Developer to help us build/maintain dashboards and reports that drive business decisions. You'll work directly with our team to turn raw data into compelling visualizations that our clients rely on.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Use Power Query to clean, transform, and integrate data from our app.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimise existing reports and dashboards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our BI practices
- Provide support to our customers based on queries & questions logged.
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL or database concepts
- Understanding of data modeling fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn independently and ask for help when needed
- Good communication skills—you can explain technical concepts clearly
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Familiarity with Azure or cloud platforms
- Any formal training or certification in BI tools
- Previous internship or bootcamp experience in data/analytics
Personal Qualities
- Curious and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a startup environment (things move fast!)
