Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly pre-owned vehicle sales targets.
• Engage with customers professionally and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present suitable pre-owned vehicles and clearly explain features, benefits, pricing, and finance options.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Manage enquiries from walk-in customers, telephone calls, digital leads, and online platforms.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in values within company guidelines.
• Assist customers with the vehicle finance and insurance process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information on the CRM system.
• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle stock, specifications, pricing, and market trends.
• Work closely with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Finance & Insurance team, and vehicle preparation department.
• Assist with vehicle stock management and ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat and referral business.
• Remain up to date with competitor activity and developments within the automotive market.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-service focused with a professional approach.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Well presented, energetic, and self-motivated.
