Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager

BB Hatfield Multi Franchise, Pretoria
Full-Time | Reports to Dealer Principal

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for pre-owned vehicle sales? Join BB Hatfield Multi Franchise and lead our used-car department to new heights.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate the sales team to hit monthly volume and profit targets
Manage pre-owned stock: sourcing, pricing, merchandising, trade-ins
Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
Track KPIs: sales, gross profit, stock turn, CSI, back-end penetration
Manage cost control, reporting, and compliance

What You’ll Need:

3+ years in used-car sales management
Strong leadership, coaching & negotiation skills
Proven record of meeting targets and growing profit
Experience in stock procurement and valuation
Matric + valid SA driver’s license (Tertiary in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
CRM/DMS proficiency | Clear criminal record

Key Metrics: Units sold, APU, stock aging, CSI, F&I penetration, budget control
