Pricing Supervisor

We’re looking for a Pricing Supervisor who can help us stay competitive and profitable.

Education

• Matric with Mathematical subjects
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field.

Knowledge and experience* 5 + years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry

• Experience in freight forwarding pricing area (estimates, rates management, tender management)
• Client orientation - Some customer interface experience preferable
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication skills (verbal & written)
• Situation analysis and problem solving
• Interpersonal skills
• Time management – must work well under pressure (Turnaround time between 2 – 4 hours for airfreight quotes)
• Detail oriented - Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to manage a team
• Experience in and ability to communicate, negotiate and coordinate with stakeholders across the global and management spectrum.
• Good process, workflow and task management. Ability to build, track and adapt work plans to deadline.
