We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and experienced Primary Healthcare Clinic Sister to join our private, healthcare clinic in the beautiful George area.

Key Requirements

• Registered Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Qualification in Primary Healthcare (PHC).
• Valid Dispensing Licence (essential).
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
• Experience in managing a primary healthcare clinic.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and external healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to employees.
• Dispense medication in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Promote employee health and wellness through education and preventative healthcare initiatives.
• Manage occupational health programmes, including medical surveillance, health screenings, injury management, and workplace health promotion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and occupational health legislation.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
• Liaise with management regarding employee health trends and wellness initiatives.
