Principal Consultant - HR and Payroll Software III (iOCO0138)

We are seeking a Principal Consultant with strong expertise in HR and Payroll environments, client engagement, business requirements analysis, and the implementation of HR and Payroll technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in configuring and implementing Symplexity HR & Payroll modules in line with client business requirements, preparing detailed business requirement documentation, and conducting internal and User Acceptance Testing. The role requires strong project management involvement, including service request management, progress updates, client feedback, and the delivery of effective training and ongoing support in accordance with client Service Agreements.

What you'll do:

• Client Engagement
• Preparation of business requirement documentation
• Configuration & implementation of the Symplexity HR & Payroll modules according to client business requirements
• Conduct Internal and User Acceptance Testing
• Involved in project management activities, service request updates and feedback
• Provide training to clients
• Provide support services as per the client Service Agreements.
• May be required to travel to client site based on project or support requirements.

Your Expertise:

• Proven experience in HR & Payroll disciplines/ environments
• Considerable understanding and proven application of Human resources and payroll terminology.
• Statutory and Legislative understanding and application
• Involved in implementation of HR & Payroll technology
• Domain and industry knowledge of HR and Payroll concepts
• Business requirement documentation preparation
• Customer/ client service/ support within HR & Payroll environments

Qualifications:

• Qualification Essential
  • Grade 12
  • HR Degree / Payroll Diploma
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business Management qualification

• Travel: Travel to office and clients when required. Applicants must have

their own reliable vehicle and a valid South African Drivers licence
