Principal Organisational Development and Culture Specialist
Recommended Qualifications
Master’s degree in OD, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, HR Development, Organisational Behaviour or related field.
Recommended Experience
Preferably 5+ years in culture diagnosis, organisation development, behavioural change, team effectiveness and operating-model interventions.
Principal Responsibilities
Culture diagnostics; culture-plan development; behavioural standards; values alignment; team norms; organisational effectiveness; department-level intervention design.
