Job description

The BrightSpeak Method is seeking mobile English tutors to travel to students for one-on-one, in-person lessons. You will tailor lessons to individual student needs. You will help them build confidence and achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to students’ homes or designated local spaces for scheduled lessons.
Deliver engaging English lessons focused on grammar, vocabulary, reading, and speech.
Assess student needs and create customized learning plans.
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents or adult learners.
Maintain punctuality and professional communication for all scheduled appointments.

Requirements

Reliable personal transport (essential for travelling between student locations).
Valid driver's licence.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or academic mentoring.
Relevant qualification (e.g., English degree, Education diploma, or TEFL/TESOL certificate) is highly advantageous.
Patient, encouraging personality with strong organisational skills.
