Cleaning company has an opportunity for a junior quality controller. Suitable candidate to join our quality team. This is a full time role. The key responsibility will be to perform the daily QC duties required and to ensure that good practices for food safety in line with legislation are maintained. Must speak, write fluent Afrikaans
Company location - Apex Benoni
Need to have own vehicle and willing to travel.
Key responsibilities:
To ensure full implementation of a Quality Management system including HACCP, and food safety policies and procedures
To ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
To assist with staff training
To assist with routine internal checks, Audits and validations
To perform the administrative duties of the QC department
Investigate non-conformances and conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as required
HACCP training is is desirable, ideally level 3 Minimum
Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry will be beneficial
Good PC skills
