Job description
Zenzele Truck Bodies and Repairs is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator – Procurement to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase supplies in accordance with company procurement procedures.
- Generate, monitor, and close Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Provide effective administrative support to the Procurement Department.
- Assist with supplier queries, quotations, and general procurement administration.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Previous administration, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
- Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent ATTENTION TO DETAIL and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Procurement or Supply Chain qualification will be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel nationally when required.
