Purpose of the Job
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead the transformation and performance improvement of our procurement, inventory,
logistics, and warehouse functions.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving procurement excellence, supplier
performance, inventory optimization, ERP process improvement, and team development.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations,
and Executive Management to ensure our supply chain effectively supports business
growth and customer service objectives.
The role offers a unique opportunity to lead the continued optimization of our Acumatica
ERP environment, strengthen procurement processes, and build a sustainable supply chain
structure for the future.
Qualifications
Suitable tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics,
Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 8 years' experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role.
Proven experience managing inventory, procurement, and supplier performance.
Strong ERP experience, including process optimization and business improvement
initiatives.
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within a multinational or international reporting environment.
Preferred
Exposure to technical product environments.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
Develop procurement strategy, sourcing, contracts, and supplier performance.
Deliver cost savings, governance, and supplier accountability.
Supply Chain & Inventory
Optimize inventory planning, replenishment, and stock parameters.
Improve stock availability while reducing excess and obsolete inventory.
Process & ERP Improvement
Improve procurement and supply chain processes.
Identify automation opportunities and maximize ERP effectiveness.
Performance Management
Monitor and improve key KPIs including OTIF, inventory, service levels, inventory turns,
and logistics performance.
Leadership
Lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Build capability, accountability, and continuous improvement across the function.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to achieve business
objectives.
Knowledge and Competencies
