Job description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in tender administration to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Document : Filling out, and compiling all tender returnable documents. Ensure 100% compliance with all mandatory forms, certificates, and legal declarations.
Tender Pricing: Calculate accurate cost structures, analyze internal margins, and complete complex pricing schedules or bills of quantities (BOQ) in Excel.
Sourcing & Supplier Management: Source reliable suppliers, request competitive quotes to support tender bids, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
Compliance: Review incoming tender specifications to flag financial or operational risks and ensure zero non-compliance issues before submission.

Requirements

5+ years of direct experience as a Procurement Officer, Buyer, or Tender Administrator.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for pricing matrices and formula-driven spreadsheets.
Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for incomplete paperwork.
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.

Pay: Up to R12 000,00 per month
