Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
- National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain and clothing industry, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an advanced level of excel experience (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, formulas and filtering). Behavioural Dimensions Required

- Provide leadership, development and support to direct reports
- Monitor and review workloads to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with department processes, policies and work-level expectations
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate effectively with direct reports and colleagues on projects and ad hoc tasks
- Review and authorise procurement-related documentation and pricing, while also monitoring the quality and accuracy of procurement records, procedures and documentation.
- Prepare and supply excel data reports to support business and operational requirements
- Monitor procurement processes, identify improvement opportunities and suggestion solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy and functionality.
- Support business owner with system testing and improvement to ensure accuracy and enhance operational functionality. Additional Information
