The environment is based on Oracle Cloud / Redwood Self-Service Procurement (SSP).

Previous Oracle experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Full system training can be provided to someone with strong transferable experience in ERP/P2P systems, procurement operations, application support, system administration or business/user support.

  • Support return-to-supplier transactions.
  • Investigate receipt discrepancies and related invoice holds.
  • Assist with transaction and financial-matching exceptions.

System Adoption, Testing & Training

  • Support users adopting the Oracle Redwood Self-Service Procurement interface.
  • Provide system guidance and user training.
  • Assist with system upgrades and deployment activities.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of system changes.
