Procurement Systems Support Analyst
We are looking for a Procurement Systems Support Analyst to support the smooth operation, data integrity and day-to-day user experience of our electronic procurement environment.
The role will primarily support Oracle Cloud / Redwood Self-Service Procurement (SSP) and will act as an important link between procurement system functionality and purchasing operations.
You will support internal users and external suppliers, troubleshoot system and transaction issues, maintain supplier information and assist with system upgrades, testing and user adoption.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Data & Portal Support
- Maintain accurate supplier profiles within the procurement system.
- Support supplier onboarding and Supplier Portal access.
- Manage user access and permissions.
- Investigate supplier login, credential and connectivity issues.
- Provide system guidance and technical support to external suppliers.
- Assist suppliers with navigating procurement processes and system functionality.
Receipts & Transaction Support
- Create, maintain and amend goods and service receipts.
- Process return-to-supplier transactions.
- Investigate receipt-related invoice holds.
- Resolve financial matching and transactional exceptions.
- Provide first-line support to users experiencing receipt-related issues.
Purchase Orders & Requisitions
- Process Purchase Order revisions and change orders.
- Investigate and resolve errors preventing change orders from progressing.
- Troubleshoot requisition-related system errors.
- Investigate Charge Account Errors and Deliver-to-Location discrepancies.
- Respond to user queries relating to procurement system access, preferences and functionality.
Oracle Redwood SSP Support
- Support users with the Redwood Self-Service Procurement (SSP) interface.
- Deliver system training to users.
- Help drive adoption of new system functionality.
- Support system deployments and upgrade activities.
- Assist with patch validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain and update Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) when required.
What We Are Looking For
You do not necessarily need extensive Oracle experience, as full training can be provided.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in:
- Supporting users of business, finance, procurement or ERP systems.
- Troubleshooting system or transactional problems.
- Supporting internal users and/or external suppliers.
- Working accurately with transactional or financial information.
- Explaining systems and processes clearly to non-technical users.
- Investigating problems and following them through to resolution.
Previous experience working with a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system would be advantageous but is not essential.
A general understanding of the procure-to-pay process would also be beneficial.

Pay: Up to R18 000,00 per month
