Build and improve software across a fast-moving US development group that turns client problems into working products, then commercializes the strongest ideas as SaaS businesses. You will work directly under the Director of Development across internal tools, new client builds, and established products where the team values speed, practical judgment, and useful technical pushback.

This is for a practical builder who can move between AI automation, internal tools, API integrations, and full-stack development—choosing the simplest reliable solution instead of overengineering. You will get a broad view of how software moves from an initial business problem to a beta product, an operating SaaS platform, and an ongoing ticket queue. The environment is flexible and low on corporate ceremony, but high on initiative, reliable communication, and follow-through.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build new client and internal software projects, with a usable beta ready within 21 days
• Complete feature, maintenance, and bug-fix work for existing SaaS products
• Choose and build the simplest reliable solution for each project

MUST HAVES

• Github or a portfolio showing production internal tools, full-stack applications or SaaS products you personally built
• Demonstrated experience building with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, APIs, webhooks, and a modern web framework
• Demonstrated experience connecting production applications or workflows to Supabase, PostgreSQL, or a comparable data platform
• Professional experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex
• Strong professional English
• Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or automations with n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, or comparable platforms
• Experience maintaining and extending a live SaaS product with an active customer or internal ticket queue
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting production applications on Vercel or a comparable cloud platform

EXPECTATIONS

• Full-time availability with meaningful overlap with US business hours and reliable attendance at scheduled team meetings
• Report directly to the Director of Development and work through the project manager for client requirements, priorities, and delivery context
• Move comfortably through an environment where priorities shift, documentation may be incomplete, and developers are expected to investigate before escalating
• Success means shipping dependable beta builds quickly, keeping the existing-product ticket queue moving, and improving how the team develops rather than simply following instructions
• This is primarily a non-client-facing role, although you may occasionally join a client call to hear technical context firsthand
