PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Bupo Animal Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Lead, motivate, and manage production personnel.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Monitor production efficiency, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Coordinate production activities with Quality, Warehouse, Marketing, and outsourced Maintenance.
- Procurement of packaging material and stock control.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- Previous manufacturing supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with good organizational skills.
