Production Support Employee

Our work today plays a part in European population screening programs, self-tests, and NIPT. This contributes directly to the health of thousands of people, and that is something we are proud of.

As a Production Support Employee, you join a small, tight knit team, working remotely from our office in Stellenbosch, South Africa, in close daily contact with your colleagues in the Netherlands and at our New Jersey location in the United States.

TO DO LIST

• You are the first point of contact for technical and operational questions, mainly supporting our New Jersey location and our Netherlands team, fully remote from our office in Stellenbosch
• You configure and test articles and system settings used for clients, and you support project management in getting these configurations right.
• You place and process daily orders and pull data from our databases, which you check and turn into clear reports and usable information for colleagues.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

• You are technically strong and feel at home in an environment with databases, software, and hardware.
• You have basic SQL knowledge, or you are willing to learn it.
• Experience with configuring systems and building reports is a strong plus.
• You communicate well in English.
• You handle pressure well and work with precision.
• You are eager to learn, and you quickly make new systems or tools your own.
• You are solution oriented and think in terms of opportunities rather than problems.

HOW

• You are technically sharp and you notice where processes, systems, or ways of working can become smarter and more efficient.
• You think proactively about improvements and come up with practical solutions.
• You flag issues and improvement ideas and align them clearly with our developers, so structural problems get a structural fix.
• You work independently and take ownership, while actively reaching out to colleagues in the Netherlands and New Jersey when needed.

• A fulltime role of 45 hours per week, working fully remote from Stellenbosch. Working days run from 11:00 to 20:00 (SAST), which lines up well with our Netherlands team and gives good overlap with our team in New Jersey.
