Production Worker

Cape Town Wine Hub is looking for a production worker to join our team and help improve our warehouse’s production line.

You will perform various tasks including picking and packing sale orders, reworking products, working productions lines. You will need to ensure production standards are met, finalise products, and prepare them for shipping.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Following production policy and procedures
• Pick and pack products for shipment accurately and securely.
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
• Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise.
• Prepare and dispatch orders for shipment as per company procedures.
• Report on defective machinery
• Provide high quality service by following organization standards.
• Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift.
• Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, warehouse, and workstations neat and safe.
• Complete all documentation reports by entering required information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Criteria – Age 20 – 26 years old
• Has a valid South African ID
• Entry Level Salary
• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity.
• Forklift license will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R5 500,00 - R6 500,00 per month

Work Location: In person
