We’re Hiring: Professional Accountant & Tax Specialist

Tax A Sured (Pty) Ltd is looking for a full-time Professional Accountant & Tax Specialist to join our modern, technology-driven public practice based at Midpark Business Village, Cape Town .

This role is ideal for a practice-experienced accountant who enjoys working directly with clients, managing a varied portfolio, and being involved in proactive tax planning, compliance, advisory discussions, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of individuals, companies, close corporations and trusts
• Reviewing bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, provisional tax, tax returns, dividend declarations and annual financial statements
• Participating in client meetings and presenting financial results
• Providing practical tax planning and advisory input
• Assisting with trust distribution planning and structuring discussions
• Working with legislation including the Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Companies Act and Trust Property Control Act

We’re looking for someone with:

• Solid public practice experience
• Completed SAIPA articles with active Professional Accountant registration, or CBAP registration
• Active SARS Tax Practitioner registration
• Strong accounting, tax and compliance knowledge
• A self-disciplined, accurate and deadline-driven work style
• Confidence in a client-facing advisory role
