Job Summary
As a Mobile Vehicle Care Operator, you are the face of Zuvo. You will travel to customer locations, perform high-quality vehicle cleaning services, and ensure every customer receives professional, reliable, and friendly service.
This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works efficiently, and enjoys working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to scheduled customer locations using company transportation.
- Perform exterior vehicle washing according to Zuvo's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure every vehicle meets Zuvo's quality standards before completion.
- Complete each service within the expected time targets while maintaining quality.
- Prepare, maintain, and clean all equipment before and after each shift.
- Handle water, cleaning products, and equipment responsibly.
- Conduct a final quality inspection before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
- Report any vehicle damage noticed before washing.
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Represent the Zuvo brand with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.
Pay: R6 091,46 - R32 133,64 per month
