About the Role

Driver Konnect is looking for reliable, professional and responsible drivers to join our team.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, punctual and professional transportation services while maintaining a high standard of customer service and care for the vehicle assigned to you. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a professional attitude and understand the importance of safety, reliability and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely transport clients, staff, goods or passengers as required.

- Follow assigned routes and schedules.

- Maintain punctuality and communicate effectively with management.

- Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts.

- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition.

- Report vehicle faults, accidents, incidents or maintenance requirements promptly.

- Follow all road traffic laws and company policies.

- Assist passengers professionally and respectfully.

- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel and relevant expenses.

- Protect company vehicles, equipment and client property.

- Maintain confidentiality regarding company and client information.

- Represent Driver Konnect professionally at all times. Minimum Requirements

- Valid South African driver's licence.

- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP), where applicable.

- Previous professional driving experience will be advantageous.

- Clean and responsible driving record.

- Good knowledge of local roads and navigation.

- Good communication skills.

- Reliable, punctual and professional.

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays where required.

- Criminal and reference checks may be conducted as part of the recruitment process. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
