Night Owls with Big Hearts, We Want You!
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who loves night shifts and making a real difference? Kungwini Welfare Organisation (KWO) is looking for a Registered Night Shift Nurse to join our caring team!
Work 7 nights on, get 7 nights off, working from 18:00 - 07:00.
Work weekends and public holidays when applicable to your shift.
What you’ll need:
- Relevant Nursing Diploma or Degree + SANC Registration
- Valid Code B Driver's Licence.
- 3+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience working with people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities is an advantage.
- Experience managing and supervising nursing staff.
- Sound knowledge of medication administration, patient monitoring and emergency procedures.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations and emergencies.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during your shift.
- A caring, patient and compassionate approach towards residents.
